法律条款

(1)东航保留终止“东方万里行”常旅客积分奖励计划的权利,但至少提前6个月通知会员以尽量降低会员因积分无效造成的损失。东航有权更改全部或部分“东方万里行”常旅客积分奖励计划规则与条款,并提前1个月通知会员,即使其更改或许会影响会员所累积积分数的价值。如果会员在东航发布通知15天后使用会员卡,即表示接受相应更改内容。

(2)东航有权根据会员的飞行记录、地点、参与计划情况或会员所提供的资料,提供不同的奖励积分及推广促销活动。

(3)对于90天内无累积任何积分数的会员,东航保留停止发送有关“东方万里行”最新资讯及其它相关资料的权利。

(4)如有任何下述情形出現(被國家民航、旅遊、人民法院、徵信機關以及其它相關行業監管部門列入懲戒名單或失信名單;經公安機關認定,有過危害航空安全的行為;經核實有騷擾、無端侮辱或暴力攻擊民航工作人員,損毀民航生產設施設備等行為;有其它嚴重違反社會公序良俗的惡劣行為;有呈報任何錯誤資料違反本章程原則的其它惡劣行為。)均會導致會員資格被立即終止。已累積的積分及已兌換但尚未使用的客票將失效;已全部使用及部分使用的客票須按全額經濟艙、公務艙、頭等艙機票繳付票款。對「東方萬里行」規則與條款的執行,東航保留在必要時採取適當法律行動,以追討賠償、律師費和訴訟費的權利。

(5)“东方万里行”会员有责任通知东航其最新的邮寄地址、手机、电子邮箱等联络方式。如果因会员没有通知东航有关联络方式更新事宜而导致任何损失,东航概不负责。

(6)东航、航空合作伙伴或非航空合作伙伴可更改或终止合作伙伴关系、服务地点或各项优惠,并在东航官网发布。

(7)东航的航空合作伙伴或非航空合作伙伴提供的任何服务或商品品质、价格及其宣传告知等活动由服务或商品的提供者承担责任。

(8)“东方万里行”会员开始使用会员卡即表示已接受东航所制定的“东方万里行”条款及细则,以及“东方万里行”的所有合作伙伴制定的与“东方万里行”有关的条款及细则。

(9)您已同意东航依照其《隐私政策》处理您的个人信息,《隐私政策》可点击这里获得或向东航客户服务人员索取。

(10)以上规则及条款,以及东航与合作伙伴及所有会员之间的关系,均受中华人民共和国法律管辖。如本手册的规则及条款的中文版与其它语言版本有差异,以中文版为准。

(11)本手册部分内容如因版本或印刷问题未能及时更新,最新内容以东航官网公布为准。

Legal Provisions 

(1) China Eastern Airlines Ltd. reserves the right to terminate Eastern Miles frequent flyer program, but need to notify members at least 6 months in advance in order to mitigate members’ loss or damage caused by points becoming invalid. China Eastern Airlines Ltd. reserves the right to change all or part of the rules, terms and conditions for the Eastern Miles frequent flyer program, and will notify members 1 month in advance, even if such changes may affect the value of member points accrued. If members use their membership card 15 days after China Eastern Airlines has issued the notice, it will be deemed that members accept the relevant changes. 
(2) China Eastern has the right to offer different bonus points promotions and marketing campaigns based on members’ air travel, places, program participation situation or information provided by members themselves. 
(3) For members that have not accrue points within 90 days, China Eastern reserves the right to stop sending Eastern Miles news updates and other related documents. 
(4) Any abuse of the Eastern Miles frequent flyer program by any member (including violating the program rules, terms and conditions; selling, purchasing, brokering, reselling or bartering with Eastern Miles award tickets and other awards for the sake of remuneration; providing any wrong information or behaving in a manner China Eastern considers as inappropriate, such as violations of China Eastern Airlines rules, other partners or other airlines under this program, any inappropriate or behavior which constitutes harassment of China Eastern Airlines staff, or refusal to accept reasonable suggestions made by staff) will lead to the cancellation of the member’s account and qualification of this member to continue participating in this program. Such abuse can also render the accrued points or award tickets issued but not used invalid. Any behavior violating the rules, terms and conditions of this program will lead to confiscation of award tickets of Eastern Miles members or passengers (including during travels), and must pay the full ticket price of economy class, business class, or first class already used if it is involved with the abuse. For the implementation of Eastern Miles rules, terms and conditions, China Eastern reserves the right to take appropriate legal measures when necessary to claim damage recovery, attorney’s fee and lawsuit costs. 
(5) Eastern Miles members are responsible for notifying China Eastern Airlines of their latest contact information (address, phone number and email). China Eastern is not liable for any loss incurred due to members failing to notify China Eastern of changes to contact information. 
(6) China Eastern, air partners or non-airlines partners can change or terminate their respective cooperation partnerships, service places or any offers, all of which are published on CEA website. 
(7)The party providing services and products shall take responsibility for the services, product quality, product prices, and activities including advertising or notifications, which are offered by China Eastern’s airline or non-airlines partners. 
(8) Any use of Eastern Miles membership cards will be regarded as acceptance of all the rules, terms and conditions of Eastern Miles frequent flyer program as well as those associated with Eastern Miles and set out by all of Eastern Miles’ partners. 
(9)You have agreed that China Eastern will process your personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy.The Privacy Policy could be accessed  click here or obtained from the China Eastern Customer Service staff. 
(10) The above rules, terms and conditions, as well as relationships between China Eastern, cooperation partners and all the members are governed by the laws of People’s Republic of China. In case there are discrepancies in rules, terms and conditions of the Membership Guide between Chinese edition and other language editions, the Chinese edition shall prevail. 
(11) If some content in the Membership Guide is not updated immediately due to the edition or printing, the latest content is always published on the CEA website.
